Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) is a beautiful method developed by Dolores Cannon over several decades of practice in hypnosis with thousands of clients. This technique will very quickly allow people to access that part of themselves that has all of the answers and receive instantaneous healing if it’s appropriate.
Many people call this part the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious; Dolores didn’t know what to call it, so she called it the Sub Conscious – we have now started using the shortened term the SC. Clients are able to see for themselves and have a much clearer understanding of why situations and circumstances are the way they are and then create change as appropriate.

Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

Dolores Cannon developed and perfected her unique method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®), over several decades and thousands of QHHT® sessions. QHHT® achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work in the Somnambulistic level, either because they don’t have the ability to access this level of trance, or they are weary of working in the most mysterious level of hypnosis, which can produce unexpected results, such as reliving a past life. Dolores Cannon’s curiosity and fearlessness about the unknown and untried has ensured her enduring legacy as a pioneer in past life regression who continues to pave the way for QHHT® Practitioners now and in the future with her QHHT® classes.
Dolores Cannon began her research of sacred knowledge and reincarnation nearly 50 years ago by fine-tuning her QHHT® method of hypnosis. By creating a safe and effective method that bypasses the chatter of the conscious mind and focuses on obtaining unlimited information in the Somnambulistic state, Dolores Cannon discovered time travel is possible at any time or place to relive anyone’s past lives.

Dolores Cannon: Pioneer of Past Life Regression

In 1968, Dolores Cannon, along with her husband Johnny Cannon, discovered that not only could a subject be taken back to beginning of their present life, they could be regressed beyond their most recent birth to relive multiple past lives.
Past Life Regression is the cornerstone of Dolores Cannon’s QHHT® method of hypnosis, which she successfully used thousands of times over several decades. Dolores developed a tried and true formula to regress individuals to the Somnambulistic level and guide them to a past life that The Subconscious determined was helpful for them to view, including birth, daily life and important events, and death. QHHT and Healing

Once the Subconscious (SC) has been contacted during a QHHT® session, the QHHT® Practitioner asks it to identify and explain the cause behind any problem, and then asks the SC if it is permissible and possible to heal the condition. If the SC agrees, healing is immediate, without discomfort, medication or surgery. In many cases, once the SC reveals the source of the ailment or psychological problem, a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and the patient is freed form their condition.
Many of Dolores Cannon’s thousands of clients and subjects were healed in this seemingly miraculous manner and wrote to her to over the years to thank her. That is why she began teaching QHHT® in 2002, to share it with others so that they could continue the practice and in turn help as many people as possible. In 2013, her Level 1 QHHT® Class became available online to learn anywhere and at any time.
In all cases, before healing can occur, an individual must want to be cured. The healing also cannot interfere with the lessons of their present life or the contracts they made before incarnating. Our souls are eternal and we come to Earth to grow and learn lessons through individual experiences. An example of a conflict in healing could be the Subconscious not agreeing to restore the sight of a blind person if that was one of the lessons they agreed to learn before incarnating in their present life.
The Subconscious also adheres to a literal approach regarding healing. If a subject is experiencing a condition that is the result of abuse or lack of care for their body, and the person has taken no action to correct this and has no desire to change, the Subconscious is aware. Its logic will dictate that there is no point in healing the condition if the subject is just going to resume abusing the body once it is healed.

What intention do I set before a psychic reading or a QHHT session?
In preparation for your session, please have a positive intention that you are closer to what could be the most magical and transformational experience.

How do I prepare for my QHHT session?
Write down a list of questions you would like answered by your Subconscious, Super Conscious, Higher Self, Source, Goddess/God, or however you would like to term the Collective Consciousness. This part is exciting because you can ask about anything.

It is best to divide the questions into categories like physical/health, love/relationships, spiritual/metaphysical, career/life purpose, etc. Make sure your questions are legible on a piece of paper and bring it with you on the day of the session. Do not bring your list just on your electronic device. You can either handwrite them or type them out. If your list is very long, please prioritize the questions at the top of each category.

Can I drink alcohol or do recreational drugs before a session?
Do not drink alcohol or do recreational drugs 24 hours before your QHHT session. Also, limit your use of caffeine on the day of your QHHT session. We are creating a sacred space. Having a lower frequency of intoxication does not help the session for healing to take place.

Will my QHHT session be recorded?
Memories can fade away like a dream. Having a recording helps to process your experience after the session. Re-listening to the recording of what your Subconscious said numerous times helps cement the reality you seek to manifest. Each time you listen to your Subconscious speak, you will receive more information, clarity, and healing. If you have your recording device, you are welcome to have it with you.

Is my session confidential?
Yes, your session is private and confidential. My role is to assist you in providing a safe place to help you release the traumas no longer serving you. I am open-minded; I hold no judgment on anything. I wish to assist in the process of your miraculous healing of transformation to occur for your highest good.

How long is a QHHT session?
A session may last between 4 to 6 hours; make sure to eat beforehand. Sometimes a session can be longer.

What is the structure of a QHHT session?
Sessions begin with an interview so I can understand your unique journey. It is easy to access your Higher-Self, which is an aspect that knows everything about you, loving you unconditionally, always supporting you. You know deep within you to help you move forward in your life in the best way possible.

In hypnosis, you are guided to experience the most appropriate time and place. You see what you need to see right now. I am here with you to support you on this journey with your Higher Self. I ask all the questions that you have prepared where you gain all the answers. Understanding is healing. Your Subconscious can scan your own body for emotional and physical healing to occur.

After the session, we will discuss the magnificent information that has come through you.

Where will the QHHT session be held?
QHHT sessions are done in person only. If you live within the NYC area, I can travel to your home or office to conduct a session. The room should be private with a bed or sofa; have a blanket and a pillow for your comfort.

There are two parts to a QHHT session; the first part is the interview process. The second is hypnotherapy.
♡
If you feel more comfortable meeting me first in a public setting like at a coffee shop to discuss the first part of the interview session, I can accommodate you by splitting the session to be done in two separate days. But generally, Dolores recommends doing a session within a day.
